The bill (Reg.
No 7411) supplements the list of objects of
right of state ownership not subject to
privatization (Appendix 1 of
the Law "On the List
of Objects of Right of
State Ownership not Subject to
Privatization") with Ukrspyrt State-Owned Enterprise
of distillation and alcoholic beverage
industry (Kyiv).
According to the Committee members, adoption of the bill will arrange the legislative conditions to ban alienation of Ukrspyrt State-Owned Enterprise of distillation and alcoholic beverage industry.
